The CEO offers support for school improvement working in collaboration with the Department for Education to deliver bespoke school improvement to schools within Norfolk.
Across the Trust we have developed a large bank of System Leaders and we have retained the database of Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) that worked across Norfolk Schools through the Teaching School.
We now work in collaboration with the Julian Hub to continue to offer a School to School Support Service brokering support for school improvement at all levels.
Our support also extends to Leadership Development at Middle and Senior Leader levels and the opportunity to be part of our “Growing Leaders” talent pool which enables us to offer leaders the opportunity to be seconded out to schools needing leadership capacity.
